I reply to every message within 48 hours during the winter season (October-March). During summer (May-August), replies may take longer since I am usually out hiking, fishing, or visiting family in the lakeland.
What I Can Help With
- Tour recommendations: Tell me your dates, budget, and who you are travelling with, and I will suggest which tours fit your situation. I do this for free — it is why I built this site.
- Corrections: If a price is outdated or a tour has changed, let me know. I update reviews every season but things change fast.
- Tour suggestions: Is there a tour in Rovaniemi you think I should review? I book 15-20 tours each winter and I am always looking for new experiences to test.
What I Cannot Help With
- Booking changes or cancellations: I am not a travel agent. All bookings go through Viator — contact their customer service for changes, refunds, or cancellations.
- Visa or travel document advice: I am a Finnish citizen and cannot advise on entry requirements for other nationalities. Check with the Finnish Immigration Service (migri.fi).
- Tour operator complaints: If you had a bad experience with a specific tour operator, contact Viator or the operator directly. I review tours based on my own experiences and cannot mediate disputes.
